Hong Duc University works with the Delegation of the Lao Ministry of Education and Sports

On May 17, 2018, the Delegation of the Lao Ministry of Education and Sports led by Prof. Dr. Khamlersa Noansavane – Director General of Student Affairs Department visited and worked with the university.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Khamlersa Noansavane - Delegation leader; Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam - officer of International Cooperation Department - Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam; Representative of Department of Foreign Affairs of Thanh Hoa province; As for Hong Duc university, the meeting was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Thi Mai, Member of Standing Party Committee, Vice Rector; and was joined by Representatives of Functional Units, Youth Union; Leaders of Lao student training Departments and representatives of Lao student union at the University.
Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Vice Rector presented briefly the formation and development of the university and highly appreciated the visit of the Delegation of the Ministry of Education and Sports of Laos in order for Lao student management experience exchange in Vietnam. Vice Rector asserted that Hong Duc University was pleased and honored to be part of human resource training for Laos. HDU would like to contribute more to the high quality human resources training and science research for Laos in years to come.
Prof. Khamlersa Noansavane, Director General, Student Affairs Department of the Ministry of Education and Sports of Laos, thanked the university for its help in terms of human resources training for Laos. He also agreed with the proposal and recommendations of the University, and expected the two sides to effectively cooperate in Lao student management and timely information exchange to improve the quality of training and consolidate the close friendship and solidarity between Vietnam and Laos.
On the same day, the delegation also paid a visit to the facilities and dormitories of the Lao students who are studying at the university.
The meeting took place under the convivial atmosphere. Two sides expect that this relationship will grow stronger in the future.
