Hong Duc University works with the Delegation from FSG College League, Japan and Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks Management Board.

April 21st, 2017, Hong Duc University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Manh An, President, received and worked with the delegation from FSG College League, Japan and Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks Management Board, led by Mr. Nobu Yaginuma, Director of FSG College League.

FSG College League was founded in 1984, is Japan's biggest college, with 5 member schools and 60 majors. It is located in Fukushima, the second largest city in Tohoku, with beautiful natural scenery, many traditional buildings, and is also one of cities where attracts the most tourists.

FSG offers a variety of foreign student support policies such as maximum tuition waivers, learning Japanese, scholarships, renting a house, finding a part-time job, and finding a job after graduation assistance. FSG is also associated with many of Japan's leading businesses, training talented engineers with high technology levels to support Fukushima recovery as well as develop Japan and the rest of the world.

At the working session, after the introduction and exchange of information each other, both of parties discussed cooperations in training and joint training human resources. Mr. Nobu Yaginuama, Director of FSG College League introduced a model of cooperation between FSG and Vietnam in training and working in Vietnam and Japan, this model was implemented in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City. He also proposed to build a human resources bank in Thanh Hoa. This model helps to train skilled human resources who can use Japanese.

President of Hong Duc University (HDU)  briefly introduced some basic information and expressed deep concern about the cooperative model proposed by Nobu Yaginuama. Assocc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Manh An also made some suggestions: (1) towards HDU, will propose a project of training human resources with Japanese language skills to submit to Thanh Hoa Province People's Committee; (2) Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks Management Board is requested to assist HDU in finding a partner for teaching Japanese at Hong Duc University; (3) FSG College League is committed to accepting students who participate in this project is going to study in Japan after passing a certain Japanese level.

The working session ended with success, opening up great opportunities and prospects for two parties to strengthen the relationship in the future./.
