Hong Duc University has a successful working session with the delegation from the University of Zielona Gora, Poland

On 08 December, 2014, Hong Duc University, under the leadership of Dr. Nguyen Manh An-the Rector, worked with the delegation from the University of Zielona Goza, Poland, led by the Rector- Prof. Tadeusz Kuczyński.

       The relationship between The Universities of Hong Duc and Zielona Gora is marked by a strategic collaboration. Two parties agreed to sign the Memorandum of Undestanding (MoU) in 2013, ever since have carried out a spectrum of desired cooperative programs in Science Research and the training of Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics and Technology.

     In this meeting, two Universities also debated about specific cooperative programs in the year of 2015 and upcoming years in the framework of the MoU. Two parties unanimously committed to accomplish the Joint Training Program which is submitted to the Ministry of Education and Training for the purpose of getting licensed to enroll well-qualified students in 2015. As the result, the first students would be predictably sent to study at ZielonaGoraUniversity in 2016. In terms of the exchange of staff and lecturers, two sides reached a consensus on annually swapping from 2 to 3 lecturers of Physics, Mathematics and Biology to accelerate the activities of science research as two Universities’common strong point. HongDucUniversity pledged to build a detailed financial plan for the activities of overseas Science Research, simultaneously proposing the Polish partner to give the financial assistance to two Vietnamese lecturers for a postdoctoral study. The Rector of Zielona Gora University also showed the willingness to create favorable conditions for staff, lecturers and students of HongDucUniversity to live and study in Poland.
