On establishing the English competence assessment Council for Eramus Plus scholarship applicants on the basis of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

PRESIDENT OF HONG DUC UNIVERSITY

Pursuant to Decision No 709/QD-UBND dated May 12^th, 2015 of Hong Duc University on issuing the regulations of Hong Duc University’s organization and activities;

Pursuant to Decision No 971/QD-DHHD dated June 24^th, 2013 of President of Hong Duc University on issuing the Procedures of Hong Duc University’s international cooperation activities;

Pursuant to Cooperative Agreement between Hong Duc University and University of Zielona Gora, Poland dated October 14^th, 2015;

Pursuant to Announcement No 178/TB-DHHD of Hong Duc University President on Eramus Plus Exchange Programme;

Considering the proposition of Head of International Cooperation Division,

DECIDES:

Article 1: Establishing the English competence assessment Council consisting of 9 members as follows:

1.   Mr. Hoang Nam – Vice Rector – Council Chairman

2.   Mr. Hoang Dinh Hai – Head of International Cooperation Division – Vice Chairman

3.   Ms. Trinh Thi Thom – Vice Dean of Foreign Language Faculty – Commissioner

4.   Mr. Pham Anh Giang – Head of Planning and Finance Division – Commissioner

5.   Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung – Head of Educational Inspection Division – Commissioner

6.        Ms. Le Thi Hanh -  Head of Educational Testing and Quality Assurance – Commissioner

7.   Ms. Nguyen Thi Quyet - Vice Dean of Foreign Language Faculty – Commissioner

8.        Mr. Le Quang Hung – Vice President of International Education Center – Commissioner

9.        Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Anh – Officer of International Cooperation Division – Secretary

Article 2. The Council responsibly assesses the English Competence for 11 applicants to nominate attendees eligible for Eramus Plus Scholarship Programme 2016 and derives the benefits from contemporary procedures.

Article 3. Ladies and Gentlemen mentioned names in Article 1, heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
